Itinerary
Day 1 – Los Angeles – Santa Monica Pier w/Dinner
Arrive today in Los Angeles, CA where you enjoy a four-night stay. Enjoy this evening at the Santa Monica Pier, a selfie-friendly spot next to the rides of Pacific Park. Dinner is included at a local restaurant on the Pier. You will also have free time for people watching and shopping. (D)
Day 2 – Guided Hollywood & Beverly Hills Tour – TCL Chinese Theatre – Hollywood Walk of Fame – Madame Tussauds – Dinner at Dave & Buster’s – Griffith Observatory
After breakfast, meet your local guide for a guided tour of Hollywood and Beverly Hills. You will see the Beaches, the Hollywood Sign, Mulholland Drive, Rodeo Drive, Bel Air, Sunset Strip and many Movie Star Homes.
Following a break for an included lunch today, visit TCL Chinese Theatre (once Grauman’s Chinese Theater), the most famous movie theatre in the world. Known for its unique Forecourt of the Stars, featuring cement hand and footprints of major movie stars from past to present. Since 1927, it has been the home of the star powered red carpet movie premieres and special events, where Hollywood’s biggest and brightest stars have come to watch their movies! You will also have time to visit the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Then visit the legendary Madame Tussauds offering you a chance to “meet” over 100 celebrities both famous and infamous on recreations of film sets.” This wax attraction includes stars of the silver screen from Hollywood’s golden age to the present, as well as contemporary figures from the worlds of sports and pop music.
Dinner is included this evening at Dave & Buster’s.
End the day with a visit to the Griffith Observatory. It is one of L.A.’s greatest cultural attractions, offering spectacular views from the Pacific Ocean to Downtown L.A. from its perch on Mt. Hollywood in Griffith Park. Each evening, there are public telescopes on the roof and lawn for you to observe the night sky. Plus, there are daily programs available that vary in topics like Center of the Universe and Big Picture Talk. (B,L,D)
Day 3 – Warner Bros. Studio Tour – Lunch at The Original Farmers Market – Academy Museum of Motion Pictures w/Program – Hard Rock Café Dinner
This morning, go behind the lens and discover the secrets of movie making magic with a Warner Bros. Studio Tour. You’ll explore one of the busiest working studios in Los Angeles with an expert tour guide, who will take you behind the scenes of the studio that has been entertaining the world for over 100 years. With 10 backlots sprawled across 110 acres, Warner Bros. has made some of the most iconic performances in Hollywood history come to life. (Backlot availability is subject to change daily due to production on the lot.)
After touring the lot, you will be dropped off at Stage 48: Script to Screen, where you’ll learn about script development, record dialogue and sound in the state of the art ADR and Foley Booths, explore green screen technology used to create special effects, sit on the couch at Central Perk on the actual set of Friends, become Hobbit-sized at the forced perspective special effect table, or find Sheldon on the apartment set of the Big Bang Theory.
End your tour at the Action and Magic Exhibit, where you can step into the DC Universe and Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Dive into the world of superheroes and supervillains with a visit to the Bat Cave. You can also swish and flick your way through the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts.
Lunch will be included today at The Original Farmers Market, home to more than 90 specialty shops, gourmet grocers and world-class eateries.
The afternoon features a tour of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, America’s largest institution devoted to the art and science of moviemaking. Led by museum educators, students engage with cinema through in-depth conversations and learn the ways film may be used as a tool for creative, critical, and compassionate thinking. This guided tour explore a group of select galleries, each focusing on a specific film craft, history, or genre.
Enjoy an education program led by a museum educator. Program topics rotate throughout the year. Or groups could attend a film screening at the museum.
Dinner is included this evening at the Hard Rock Café. (B,L,D)
Day 4 – Universal Studios or Disneyland – Program or Performance Option
Today, your group have the choice to spend the full day at Universal Studios or Disneyland. (The group must pick one option for the whole group.) A meal voucher will be included today with your visit to the park of your choice. Vouchers will be good for lunch and dinner. There are also performance or programs available at the park your choice.

Or at Disneyland, with over 60 incredible attractions, magical parades, and world-renowned treats, it’s no wonder Disneyland Park holds the title, “The Happiest Place on Earth”.
Head straight to Sleeping Beauty castle into Fantasyland, where most visitors can enjoy classic Disneyland rides like the Dumbo the Flying Elephant attraction, the “It’s a Small World” attraction, and the Mad Tea Party attraction.
Star Wars fan in your group? Then you won’t want to miss a visit to the newest land in the park, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Fly the Millennium Falcon attraction on a smuggling mission or create your very own droid friend at the Droid Depot. Keep exploring a galaxy far, far away in Tomorrowland where you can launch into the cosmos on the Space Mountain attraction or help Buzz beat Zurg on the Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters attraction.
The fun continues throughout the other unique lands you’ll find within the park, such as Adventureland, Critter Country, Frontierland, Mickey’s Toontown, and New Orleans Square. (B,L,D)
Day 5 – Dolby Theatre Tour – Depart for Home
After breakfast, tour the Dolby Theatre. Step beyond the red carpet and experience all of the renowned elegance and celebrity glamour that the Home of the Academy Awards® has to offer! On this tour you will see an Oscar® statuette, visit our Dolby Lounge and other exclusive celebrity hot spots and view images from previous Academy Awards® ceremonies.
Inspired by the elegance of a European opera house, with state-of-the-art technical capabilities, Dolby Theatre has been host to many of the world’s top performers including Prince, Steven Tyler, Chris Rock, Alicia Keys and the Dixie Chicks. Dolby Theatre also hosts high profile events such as America’s Got Talent, the AFI Life Achievement ceremony, The ESPY Awards, The Latin American Music Awards, the American Idol finals, the Star Wars: The Force Awakens world premiere, Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and many more!
