1. Peace of Mind Plan: America4Kids by U S Tours offers all domestic travelers a simple cancellation penalty waiver on American Tours. Should you cancel a tour that does not involve airline tickets, a cruise, or select other events, with at least 24 business hours’ notice we will provide you a 100% refund (minus the premium). With less than 24 business hours’ notice you will receive a 75% refund. Premiums are not refundable.   Any cancellation request must be emailed to:  [email protected].
2. Trip  Mate, Tour & Cruise:  America4Kids by U S Tours has partnered with Trip Mate to offer a more robust travel protection plan.  Trip Assure by Trip Mate offers additional coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, trip delay, medical coverage, and more.  We believe their products provide you with the best coverage, price and service.  This product is ideal for trips that involve airline tickets, cruises, and other select events.  Your travelers must purchase directly online at our custom page.   

On-Tour Travel Protection. America4Kids automatically includes a small travel protection plan for your students in case you have a medical emergency or your trip is delayed. This coverage (for Students only) includes $50,000 Accident and Medical Insurance, $100,000 in Emergency Evacuation and $150 per day for Trip Delay.
